This blog is just a placeholder to get my Akismet key for my actual blog which I host myself on a Mac mini at macminicolo.net. An excellent facility if you want cheap Mac based hosting. My blog/website is called DIYMacServer as it’s main goal is to help other people setup their Mac as a fully capable web and mail server.

It documents how to setup MySQL, Apache and PHP for webhosting. But also the combination of Postfix, Courier and DSpam for a full secure mailserver with pop and imap server with build in spamfiltering which can be used to host multiple domains and a lot of users (only limited by discspace and bandwith).
